This Mentorship Program was created to bridge the gap between who one is, and all he/she can accomplish with the right resources provided. As leaders in the music space, we want all creators to have the ability to explore their talent and pursue their passion.
As a part of our efforts, BeatStars has committed to $200,000 worth of scholarship to be donated. Mentees will have the ability to receive free equipment needed to do music production, access to free educational talks regularly, and be awarded for a financial scholarship that will be awarded for higher education. We are equally committed to helping forge positive relationships in these more at-risk youth’s lives, through continued support and guidance on a personal level, through this Program. The bond between the mentors and mentees is established to inspire growth and excellence on an individual and creative level.
Since this is phase 1 of our first Mentorship cycle, we are currently only accepting applications for Mentors. Mentors must be a part of the BeatStars community, at least 21 years old, and live in the United States of America. Mentors must also be willing to commit 2 hours each week for the length of the Mentorship cycle (10 months).
